RUSIV Library subscribes to The Emperors Library. This is a collection of DVDs which contains high-quality scanned out-of-copyright military history books and photos. Each themed disc typically collects over several hundred books themed around a particular conflict. Members may obtain copies of individual books in PDF form by email.
